The day Addison and I decided we wanted to save endangered animals, we sent a letter to the President. We waited like 8 months to get a response!
When we were on a month long vacation we put our mail on hold for the month the first day we left. There was this thing where we could look at the mail online, but we couldn't look inside the mail!
My mom was looking at the mail and she told me to come over and....
There was an envelope addressed to me and Addison and it was from the White House! The good news is, the President wrote back! The bad news is, we had to wait a whole month to open and see the letter! Once we finally got back from our super-fun month long vacation to visit family, I sent a video to my group chat with some of my friends, including Addison, a video of me opening and reading it!
It was so much fun!
